
Brian Butler, president and owner since 1995, exemplifies the Postal Express commitment to customer satisfaction by involving himself daily with customers and with his employees. His hands-on style has created a positive work environment and resulted in strong company growth. Brian gained 13 years of management experience with Hilton Hotels Corporation, culminating as managing director of Operations Eastern Region. “Customer service and strict controls are critical to success in the hotel business and I place it as top priority for Postal Express. Customer satisfaction is the key to our success.”
Jinus Fiuzi, controller, has been working in accounting since 1993 and has been with Postal Express since 1996. Jinus and her team ensures billing for our customers is accurate and timely. Furthering our dedication to meet customers’ needs, she will customize each customer’s billing to enhance their payment process. Although Jinus opperates "behind the scenes," her expertise in financial management helps to ensure that all Postal Express services are successfully provided and our customers are well taken care of. “We are very customer service oriented and we work as a team to get the job done,” says Jinus.
MeLinda Bejarano has been in the courier industry since 1994 and brings valuable experience to the Postal Express Team. Her knowledge of the industry along with her strong organizational and communication skills help to ensure that our customer's needs are met. She manages a variety of our daily operational needs and oversees client relationships. Her "can-do" approach to our organization gives our cutomers the added benefit of same-day problem resolution and logistic solutions. MeLinda is instrumental in maintaining the ins and outs of each of our route drivers and provides support to our Customer Service Team, ensuring a smooth experience.
Don Zell, fleet director, joined the team here at Postal Express in 2005. Previously working with the Nevada DOT, he brings with him fifteen years of fleet experience. With his EMT and Master ASE Technician certifications, Don says, “Safety is number one; it ensures dependable, on-time deliveries.” He maintains the safety and reliability of over 175 vehicles, sustaining an in-depth knowledge of each one. He must assign the correct vehicle daily to each driver for the delivery size and route length; creating the most fuel efficient way to get your mail and packages to their destination on time while keeping our services affordable for you. Don educates all our drivers on basic daily maintenance and how to handle less than desirable driving conditions, (such as checking the oil and chaining up in the snow). While most of Don’s work is behind the scene, he exemplifies outstanding service standards.
Ruben Pedersen, sales director, has 27 years in the courier business with national and regional courier companies. His springboard into the transportation industry was in college while working as a bank messenger. His broad range of industry experience uniquely enables him to recognize customer needs and to effectively meet them. “Our customers’ satisfaction is top priority and I fully know and understand our capabilities,” says Ruben. His industry knowledge and expertise ensures that all Postal Express services are provided professionally, and as promised.
