Pick-up and delivery accomplished as close to one hour as possible, from the time the package is ready for pick-up. Rush service requested after 3 p.m. will be made by the end of the business day or by 9 a.m. the next business day.
Standard
Pick-up and delivery accomplished as close to two hours as possible, from the time the package is ready for pick-up. Request must be received and ready for pick-up prior to 3 p.m. for end of business day delivery. Requests after 3 p.m. will be delivered by 10 a.m. the following business day.
Half-day
Pick up and delivery accomplished as close to four hours a possible, from the time the package is ready for pick-up. Request must be received and ready for pick-up by 1 p.m. for delivery by end of business day. Requests after 1 p.m. will be delivered by noon the following business day.
All-day
Pick-up and delivery accomplished by the end of business day. Request must be received and ready for pick-up by noon. Requests after noon will be delivered by the request received time the following business day.
